These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Omtilo online store and to all purchases made through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of our website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt or misuse the website, our services or other users.
We may suspend or restrict access to our website if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, a security issue or a breach of these Terms of Service.
3. Products
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. However, minor variations in colour, texture, scent, packaging or appearance may occur.
Product information on our website is provided for general information only and does not replace professional medical advice. If you have allergies, sensitive skin or a medical condition, please check the ingredient list carefully and seek professional advice if needed before using our products.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs, delivery options and any applicable additional charges are shown before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices, product information or availability.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed once we have accepted it and payment has been received or authorised.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not prevent us from cancelling or refusing an order where there is an obvious error, suspected fraud, payment issue, stock issue or other legitimate reason.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment must be completed before your order is processed. Products remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the countries and regions shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs checks, strikes, technical issues or force majeure events.
Risk in the products passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, physically receives the products.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person designated by you, receive the products.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within the withdrawal period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
This right is subject to legal exceptions. For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned once they have been opened, unsealed, used or damaged after delivery.
Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and must be unused, unopened, complete and in their original packaging where the hygiene exception applies.
Unless stated otherwise in our Return and Refund Policy, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

9. Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will refund the eligible amount using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refunded unless required by law.
10. Legal guarantee
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee for products that do not conform to the contract, as provided under applicable Belgian and EU consumer law.
If you believe a product is defective or not in conformity, please contact us at care@omtilo.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photos.
11. Use of products
Please use our products only as directed and check the ingredient list before use.
Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any of its ingredients. Stop use if irritation occurs.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or use of products after their expiry date or recommended period after opening.
12. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, product names, branding, designs and other materials, belongs to Omtilo or our licensors and may not be copied, used or reproduced without permission, except where allowed by law.
13. Liability
We are responsible only for losses that are a direct and foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms of Service or our negligence.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes liability where this would be unlawful, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at care@omtilo.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law.
If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that allow you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version available on our website at the time you place your order.
