Shipping
We ship your order within 3–5 business days from our EU facility. Once it's on its way, most EU deliveries arrive within about a week, though more distant regions can take a little longer. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns
We want you to feel good about your order. If something isn't right:
- Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can't be returned unless they're faulty.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
- Return shipping for a standard return is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service.
Request a return or withdrawal: log in to your account, open the order and choose "Request return". We'll confirm by email. If you prefer to arrange it by email, send us a message at care@omtilo.com with your order number and we'll take care of it from there.
